Austin, Texas - Tommy G. Warren, of Spiderwood Studios has won two Telly Awards for his animated short "Flight of Magic". He is honored in Non-Broadcast Productions with the 2012 Silver Award for Use of Animation and the 2012 Bronze Award for Children's Audience.
Founded in 1979, The Telly Award is the premier award honoring the finest video and film productions, outstanding TV commercials and programs, as well as web commercials, videos and films. The Telly Awards are a widely known and highly respected national and international competition and receives over 11,000 entries annually.
Creator/Director, Tommy G. Warren is quoted saying, "It is rewarding to see Spiderwood Productions' first animated film receive several awards and now two Telly's".
"Flight of Magic" is about Benny Bumpley of Greater News Network who follows Maxey as he must believe in himself in order to be the elf that saves Christmas. "It's magic when we believe."
